Founded by Liz, Lume & Noir Ink was created to offer a more personal alternative to the traditional tattoo shop experience. Located in a private Tampa studio, every appointment is designed to feel intentional, comfortable, and unrushed. Whether you’re commemorating a milestone, honoring a loved one, reclaiming a part of your story, or simply getting a piece you love, your experience matters just as much as the artwork itself.
The name Lume & Noir reflects the balance of light and shadow—the beauty that can emerge from every season of life. Inspired by faith, creativity, and genuine human connection, this studio was built to be a place of comfort, reflection, and renewal.
Specializing in fine line, botanical, illustrative, and custom tattoo work, Liz works closely with each client to create meaningful pieces that feel uniquely their own.

Originally from New York City and tattooing since 2018, I created Lume & Noir Ink to be more than a tattoo studio.
I wanted a space where people could feel comfortable being themselves—a place where you’re heard, your ideas are valued, and the experience feels just as meaningful as the artwork. Some sessions are filled with conversation, some with laughter, some with quiet reflection. Whatever you need that day, there’s room for it here.
Through collaboration, creativity, and genuine connection, my goal is to create tattoos that tell your story while making you feel seen throughout the process. Because sometimes healing, celebration, and self-expression all happen in the same chair. ✨
